The open living room is centered in the loft dividing the living space from several work rooms There are two street entrances, front and back for ease of separating the living from the working traffic or a great traffic flow for a gallery. Fort Point has been home to a flourishing Artists community for over 50 years. 249 A Street Coop has an on site gallery with rotating shows and participates in Open Studio exhibitions. Fort Point abuts the Innovation District, walking distance to Seaport and Downtown; restaurants, night life (when we can return to it), shopping, markets and highways.
